              ICinternal circulation)玉器是新一代高效厌氧反应器,废水在新石器中自下而上流动,污染物被细菌吸附并降解,卫生过的水从反应器上部流

          出。

              特色

              1、面积负荷高:IC玉器内污泥浓度高,微生物量大,且存在内循环,传播质效果好,进水有机负荷可超过普通厌氧反应器的3倍以上。

              2、节约投资和占地面积:IC 玉器容积负荷率高出一般UASB 玉器3倍左右,她体积相当于通常反应器的1/4―1/3 控制,大妈降低了反应器的基建投资;而且IC玉器高径比很大(一般说来为4―8),故此占地面积少。

              3、抗冲击负荷能力强:拍卖低浓度废水(COD=2000―3000mg/L)时,玉器内循环流量可达进水量的2―3 倍;拍卖高浓度废水(COD=10000―15000mg/L)时,内循环流量可达进水量的10―20倍。汪洋之循环水和进水充分混合,使原水中的有害物质得到充分稀释,大妈降低了毒物对厌氧消化过程的影响。

              4、抗低温能力强:温度对厌氧消化的影响重大是对消化速率的影响。IC玉器由于含有大量之植物,温度对厌氧消化的影响变得不再显著和严重。一般IC玉器厌氧消化可在常温条件(20― 25 ℃ )副开展,这样减少了消化保温的孤苦,节约了能量。

              5、具有缓冲pH值的力量:内循环流量相当于第1 厌氧区的出水回流,可使用COD转折的难度,对pH值起缓冲作用,使探测器内pH值保持最佳状态,同时还可减少进水的投碱量。

              6、其中自动循环,无需外加动力:通常厌氧反应器的回流是通过外部加压实现的,而IC 玉器以自己产生之氢气作为提升的带动力来促成混合液内循环,无需设泵强制循环,节约了动力消耗。

              7、出水稳定性好:运用二级UASB串联分级厌氧处理,可以补偿厌氧过程中K s高产生之坎坷影响。Van Lier[6]1994年证明,玉器分级会降低出水VFA浓度,延长生物停留时间,使反应进行稳定。

              8、开行周期短:IC玉器内污泥活性高,生物增殖快,为反应器快速启动提供有利条件。IC玉器启动周期一般为12个月,而平凡UASB开行周期长达46个月[7]

              9、沼气利用价值高:玉器产生之古生物气纯度高,CH470%80%CO220%30%,其他有机物为1%5%,可作为燃料加以运用

          IC 玉器当前在造纸行业应用较多的是用各类废纸作原料的造纸企业; IC厌氧反应器也可用于有机高浓度废水,如,玉米淀粉废水、柠檬酸废水、啤酒废水、土豆加工废水、酒精废水等。

                    Characteristic:

                   three strong capacity of resisting impact load: the treatment of low concentration wastewater(COD=2000 - 3000mg/L), reactor internal circulation flow up to the water intake amount of 2 - 3 times; the treatment of high concentration wastewater (COD=10000 - 15000mg/L), the internal circulation flow up to the amount of water 10 to 20 times. And the water are fully mixed a lot of circulating water, so that the harmful substances in the raw water are fully diluted greatly reduces the effects of toxicants on anaerobic digestion process.

                    four, anti low temperature capability: the effect of temperature on anaerobic digestion are a major influence on the rate of digestion. IC reactor because of containing a large number of microorganisms, the effect of temperature on anaerobic digestion is no longer significant andserious. Usually IC reactor for anaerobic digestion at ambient temperature (20 - 25 DEG C) under,this reduces the digestion insulation difficulties, saving energy.

                   five, has the ability to buffer the pH value: internal circulation flow is equivalent to first of the anaerobic zone of the effluent recycle, alkalinity can be transformed by COD, play a buffering role on pH value and pH value in the reactor to maintain the best condition, and can also reduce the amount of alkaliwater.
